1) Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using apihavenhq.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or request services through it.

2) Booking and consultation workflow

  • Requests: You may submit a request/lead through the Site to arrange a consultation or related steps.
  • Redirect-only forms: Any contact/lead form on the Site submits and redirects to a thank-you page. The submit button is type="submit". No optional validation or custom success flow is provided.
  • Confirmation: Our team may contact you to confirm details (scope, date/time, and practical feasibility). Any consultation timing depends on our availability and the information you provide.

3) Estimates, timelines, and scope

Any estimates, suggested timelines, or expected durations are indicative only. They are based on the information available at the time of the request, the scope you describe, and typical site conditions. Actual results may differ if the scope changes, additional information is required, or external factors arise.
